Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, which is close to tourist attractions, shopping, and public transport. However, many reviews mention issues with service quality, such as unhelpful or unfriendly staff, problems with amenities like elevators and air conditioning, and inconsistent cleanliness standards, including reports of pests. Noise from the street and thin walls is a recurring concern, and some guests found the beds or bedding uncomfortable. Despite these drawbacks, the location remains the standout positive feature.

Good hotel, not too expensive, centrally located clean and comfortable. I arrived late in the afternoon. The woman and the man next to the reception desk (bellboy?) were very unfriendly, not even a look at my person nor a smile. But the facility is good.
