Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praise the hotel's location and cleanliness, mentioning its proximity to key areas and the overall tidiness of the rooms. However, many express dissatisfaction with the service, citing unprofessional or unfriendly staff and issues during check-in or with requests. Wifi is another common complaint, with several guests noting unreliable or non-existent internet in rooms. While some appreciate the value for price and occasional helpful staff, recurring problems with amenities, noise, and service overshadow the positives for many visitors.

The place is located really close to the heart of Mexico City (Zocalo and Centro Historico): close to subway, good price, clean rooms. They don't have air conditioning in the rooms but the weather is not bad in Mexico City. Bring your earplugs if you don't want to hear the sounds of love that may be coming from the adjoining rooms. 7/10
