Summary of reviews

Guests say
The overwhelming majority of guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing extremely poor cleanliness, unwashed bed linens, dirty bathrooms, and unpleasant odors throughout the property. Service was reported as unprofessional and unresponsive, with staff often ignoring requests and failing to provide basic necessities like towels, toiletries, and water. Many guests also complained about amenities not matching what was advertised, including non-functional lifts, showers, and air conditioning, as well as a lack of breakfast and other promised facilities. Only a small minority mentioned anything positive, such as a helpful owner or clean rooms, but these were rare exceptions.
