Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally appreciate the friendly staff and clean rooms, but there are repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds and issues with breakfast not being included or not meeting expectations. Some guests also noted maintenance issues and inconsistent service quality. Cleanliness is usually good, though there were isolated incidents of poor cleaning and odors. The overall value is seen as reasonable, but improvements are needed in bed comfort and breakfast offerings.

Pros (+) It's rare for me to like staying in a hotel but this hotel was quiet, CLEAN and the staff was super friendly. The two meals I ate at the hotel cafe were also great! I will be back!
