Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the pool area, which many found enjoyable and well-maintained. However, several reviews highlight significant issues with room quality, including noise, outdated furnishings, cleanliness concerns, and small room sizes. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating the staff's friendliness while others experienced slow or unhelpful responses. Overall, while the location and pool are strong positives, improvements are needed in room maintenance, cleanliness, and service consistency.

Pros (+) Facilities are clean, well maintained and comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable though because of AC and closed space, was a bit stuffy.
Cons (-) Staff wasn't too accommodating. We wanted to check out a couple of hours later because of our flight and even though there weren't any ppl waiting for the room ( we had to wait in lobby) they were not willing to accommodate.
