Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to local attractions and convenience for walking around. However, there are frequent complaints about the quality of service, with several guests reporting rude or inattentive staff and issues with amenities not being provided or communicated. Cleanliness is another area of concern, as multiple reviews mention dirty rooms, old towels, and insufficient housekeeping. Despite these negatives, a few guests noted positive experiences with specific staff members and enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere.
