Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as old linens, worn towels, and occasional pests. Service is another area of concern, with reports of unhelpful staff, lack of communication, and problems with amenities like breakfast, bar, and room cleaning. While some appreciate the colonial style and overall atmosphere, the hotel is seen as in need of renovation and better maintenance in several aspects.
