Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, with many highlighting the warm hospitality of the owners and employees. The location is highly regarded, being close to the city center, train and bus stations, and offering beautiful views of the mountains. Cleanliness is frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with rooms and bathrooms described as very clean. While breakfast receives mixed reviews—some found it fresh and plentiful, others considered it basic or lacking in variety—most guests appreciate the overall value and comfort. Secure parking is also noted as a benefit. Some minor drawbacks include dated decor and limited accessibility for those with mobility issues, but these do not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.
