Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests had a very negative experience at this hotel, citing serious cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, bugs, and bad smells. Safety was a major concern, with reports of crime, gunshots, and a generally unsafe environment. Service was also rated poorly, with complaints about rude or unhelpful staff and problems not being addressed. While the location is convenient for Graceland and the airport, and a few guests mentioned friendly cleaning staff, the overwhelming sentiment is negative.
