Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it ideal for their needs and close to public transport. Comfortable beds were also highlighted as a positive aspect in several reviews. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with multiple guests mentioning filthy rooms, unpleasant odors, and mold. The pool was frequently described as dirty and unusable, and several guests were dissatisfied with the level of service, citing unresponsive staff and poor communication. Overall, while the location and bed comfort were appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, pool maintenance, and service quality.
