Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to restaurants, nightlife, and key attractions. The breakfast was frequently described as delicious and well-presented, and several guests appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service, including rude staff, hidden charges, and slow responses. The pool was also mentioned as being smaller than expected or unavailable at times. Overall, while the location and amenities were well-received, service issues detracted from some guests' experiences.

Pros (+) The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff was really helpful. It would be a five star review if it wasn't impossible to sleep before 4am.
Cons (-) Whether it's the location next to several bars or the single paned windows off the balconies it is impossible to sleep before the bars close at 4am. I know exactly when they do close because I was awake both nights of my stay, even with earplugs. Don't stay here if you value your sleep.
