Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Haram and nearby amenities. Spacious rooms are also appreciated by several guests. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, outdated furniture and amenities, and poor service, including slow or unresponsive staff. Breakfast variety and quality, as well as Wi-Fi, are also areas of concern for some guests. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, with room size being a secondary highlight.
