Guests say
Guests consistently praised the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the beds. Several reviewers also mentioned friendly and helpful staff, with some standout employees like Janet and the manager receiving positive feedback. However, there were repeated complaints about the service, particularly at the front desk, with some staff members described as rude or unprofessional. The pool was frequently cited as unavailable or dirty, disappointing guests who expected to use it. Breakfast received mixed reviews, with some guests finding it adequate and others wishing for more variety or better quality. Overall, while the hotel’s cleanliness and bed comfort were highlights, issues with service and pool maintenance were common concerns.
