Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's location, breakfast, and some aspects of the staff, particularly in restaurants and at the pool. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including problems with reservations, unhelpful or unfriendly staff, and slow responses. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms and amenities. Room size and comfort received mixed feedback. Overall, while some enjoyed their stay, recurring problems with service and cleanliness detracted from the experience.

Pros (+) Staff spoke good English and were willing to resolve problems.
Cons (-) Noisy rooms, Elevators don’t work. Had to use stairs most of the time. Good thing we were on the 4th floor.
