Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's tranquil location, beautiful pool, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many enjoyed the natural surroundings and relaxing atmosphere. However, several guests noted issues with cleanliness, hidden costs for amenities like air conditioning and linens, and felt the value for price could be improved. Some rooms and furnishings were described as outdated or small, but overall, the positives centered on the setting and service.
