Guests consistently praised the hotel's outstanding service, with many highlighting the staff's friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail. The buffet-style meals, especially breakfast and dinner, received high marks for variety and quality, with special mentions of seafood and local dishes. Many guests enjoyed the beautiful views from their rooms and the hotel's scenic location. Cleanliness and spacious rooms were also appreciated. Some negative feedback focused on room view mismatches, noise, and minor issues with amenities, but overall, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives.
