Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach and its convenient access to local attractions. Many reviewers highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, with several mentioning positive experiences with specific team members. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback: while some guests found rooms and facilities clean, others noted issues with hygiene, particularly in restaurants and older rooms. Breakfast and food variety are frequently mentioned, with opinions ranging from good to mediocre. The value for price is considered fair by some, though extra charges for amenities and all-inclusive options are a common complaint. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its setting and service, but improvements in cleanliness and clarity around extra fees would enhance the guest experience.
