Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it ideal for their needs. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with several guests noting clean rooms, though some reported issues such as unclean desks or bathrooms. Service was a common concern, as guests experienced difficulties with check-in, lack of reception staff, and occasional unhelpful responses. Bed comfort and room size were also points of criticism, with some finding the beds uncomfortable or the rooms too small. Overall, while the location and some aspects of cleanliness were appreciated, improvements in service, comfort, and room maintenance are needed.
