Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime beachfront location, attentive and welcoming service from the hosts, and the quality of the breakfast, which was often described as delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Many appreciated the relaxing atmosphere, well-maintained rooms, and beautiful views from the property. Some guests noted challenges with parking, room size, and certain amenities, but these were generally outweighed by the positives. The hospitality of the hosts, particularly Valeria and Edoardo, stood out as a highlight for many visitors.
