Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests expressed significant dissatisfaction with their stay at this hotel. The most frequent complaints were about poor service, lack of cleanliness, and high noise levels. Many reviews mentioned rude or unhelpful staff, dirty rooms and common areas, and disruptive noise from both inside and outside the hotel. Only a few isolated comments noted positive aspects such as location or friendly individual staff members, but these were far outweighed by the negative feedback. Overall, the hotel failed to meet guest expectations on multiple fronts.
