Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions like Jemaa el-Fna square. The staff received positive remarks for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, often going out of their way to assist guests. Cleanliness was mentioned with mixed feedback: while some found the hotel and rooms very clean, others noted issues with shared bathrooms and occasional lack of maintenance. The bathrooms, especially the shared ones, were a frequent point of criticism due to cleanliness and comfort concerns. Room comfort, particularly regarding air conditioning and room size, received neutral feedback, with some guests finding the rooms small or too warm in summer. Overall, the location and service stood out as the hotel's strongest points.
