Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, excellent location in or near the Medina, and the overall cleanliness of the property. Many appreciated the beautiful architecture, tranquil atmosphere, and the presence of multiple pools, which were especially enjoyable in the hot weather. Breakfast was generally well-received, though a few guests wished for more variety. Some minor issues were noted, such as small rooms, maintenance needs, or limited amenities, but these did not overshadow the positive experiences. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for its welcoming service, cleanliness, and relaxing environment.
