Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, modern and clean rooms, and generally friendly staff. Many appreciated the room size and overall comfort, though some found the beds hard and the pillows uncomfortable. Cleanliness was often highlighted as a positive, but there were repeated complaints about inconsistent housekeeping and towel service. Service was generally neutral, with some staff noted as helpful and others as cold or inattentive. Noise issues and minor maintenance problems were mentioned, but overall, guests found value in the stay, especially for the location and updated facilities.
