Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning its proximity to the beach and easy access to highways. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, citing issues such as dirt, mold, stains, and poor housekeeping. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating its availability and others criticizing its quality and variety. Service was also a point of contention, with reports of unhelpful staff and poor communication. A few guests noted that the rooms were smaller than expected. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service to enhance the guest experience.

I called and asked to change rooms, the attendant refused and stated "i can get you bl...
