Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location on the Ohio River and its historic charm. Many highlight the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as enjoyable experiences at the bar and restaurants. However, several reviews mention cleanliness issues, musty odors, and maintenance concerns, especially in common areas and rooms. Some guests found the atmosphere a bit dreary or dated, and there were occasional complaints about air conditioning and breakfast service. Overall, the positive aspects of location, history, and service stand out most.
