Guest experiences at the hotel were mixed. Many guests praised the convenient location, especially for events and easy access to transportation, as well as the value for price and the complimentary breakfast. Some reviews highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms and the politeness of the staff. However, several guests reported issues with room maintenance, cleanliness, and slow or unresponsive service. While the breakfast and value were often mentioned positively, improvements in amenities, room upkeep, and service consistency could enhance the overall guest experience.
