Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location, often describing it as central, beautiful, and convenient for exploring the area. The service is frequently highlighted as friendly, helpful, and attentive, with several guests mentioning specific staff members by name. Cleanliness is another standout, with many reviews noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Some guests also appreciate the comfortable beds and charming decor. However, a few mention issues with noise from the street and lack of soundproofing, and there are occasional comments about minor maintenance issues or missing amenities. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, making this hotel highly recommended by most guests.
