Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, beautiful pools, and overall cleanliness. Many found the property well-maintained and the atmosphere relaxing. However, several reviews highlighted dissatisfaction with the breakfast, citing issues with value, inclusivity, and service. Despite some complaints about air conditioning, parking fees, and breakfast, the positive feedback on amenities and staff generally outweighed the negatives.

Pros (+) The pools were beautiful. Property was great. Area had lots of restaurants and activity. View was awesome.
Cons (-) Bed and pillows were terrible. No one slept well. Probably won't stay here again because of this. Ok for one night but by end of four nights we all had neck and back pain. Dad because everything else was great.
