Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to nightlife, restaurants, and convenience for business or family stays. Several reviews mention good value for money and positive experiences with some staff members, particularly at reception. However, there are frequent complaints about the hotel's old facilities, lack of cleanliness, poor internet connectivity, and issues with service, including booking problems and unhelpful staff. Some guests also report discrimination, maintenance issues, and inadequate amenities. Overall, while the location and value are strong points, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, service, and facilities.
