Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently mention the hotel's convenient location near malls and Manila attractions as a positive aspect. However, many reviews express disappointment with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and misleading photos. Service issues are common, with complaints about unhelpful staff, booking problems, and lack of refunds. Value for price is often criticized, as guests feel the quality does not match the rates. Some guests note that rooms are spacious, but this is overshadowed by negative experiences related to cleanliness and maintenance.
