Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Manila Bay and central areas. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Many reviewers highlight the hotel as offering great value for money, with affordable prices and comfortable rooms. However, some guests note that the hotel and its facilities are old and in need of renovation, with issues such as noisy or ineffective air conditioning and uncomfortable beds. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, though a few guests mention outdated amenities. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, making it a recommended choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a convenient location and good service.
