Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and enjoyable breakfast offerings. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, with several guests noting unpleasant odors, dirty bathrooms, and issues with room maintenance. The pool was frequently mentioned as being closed or out of commission, which disappointed some visitors. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and clean, others experienced noise, uncomfortable beds, and problems with amenities such as the elevator and air conditioning. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service and breakfast experiences stood out.
