Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, beautiful views, and the friendliness and professionalism of much of the staff, especially in the restaurant and catering. Several reviews highlighted clean and comfortable rooms, a well-maintained garden, and good food. However, a significant number of guests reported issues with poor management, booking problems, rude or unhelpful reception staff, cleanliness concerns, limited breakfast options, and maintenance issues in rooms and bathrooms. Overall, while the hotel offers some positive experiences, there are notable areas needing improvement, particularly in service consistency and cleanliness.
