Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent and convenient location, especially its proximity to Mall Road and the market, making it easy to explore the area. Many also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, as well as the spacious rooms in some cases. However, cleanliness was a concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast and some amenities were found lacking, with complaints about limited variety, late service, and missing items like dental kits and tea kettles. Overall, the location and staff stood out as positives, while cleanliness and breakfast could be improved.
