Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and breathtaking views from the rooms and balconies. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and several enjoyed the food, especially breakfast. However, there were repeated concerns about cleanliness, particularly with bedding and towels, and some guests experienced issues with service quality and amenities. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects such as the view, location, and some staff members' hospitality made for a memorable stay for many visitors.
