Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the beach, lake, and city attractions, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, mold, and lack of proper housekeeping. Some guests found the rooms and beds uncomfortable or in need of renovation, and a few noted that the rooms were small.
