Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and the quality of the pools, with several mentioning beautiful views and enjoyable private pool experiences. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and inconsistent housekeeping, which did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property. Service was described as friendly by some, but others found it lacking or unprofessional. Value for price was a common concern, as guests felt the amenities and upkeep did not justify the high rates. Overall, while the setting and pool areas were standout features, improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and service to match the hotel's luxury positioning.
