Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful service, and overall cleanliness. The pool area was also a highlight for many visitors. However, some guests expressed dissatisfaction with the air conditioning, room amenities like fridges and kettles, and the quality or variety of food. There were also occasional complaints about the breakfast, noise, and crowded pool area, but the positives generally outweighed the negatives.
