Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the river and local attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and walking. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, such as dirty linens, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained bathrooms. There were complaints about value for price, with some guests being charged unexpected fees or having trouble with deposits. Noise at night and from nearby bars or the street was also a common concern. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, cleanliness, noise, and value for money were areas of dissatisfaction.
