Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Jonker Street and other attractions, as well as its good value for the price. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning issues such as dirty rooms, unclean bedsheets, and bathrooms. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff friendly or helpful, while others report unprofessional or unprepared staff. Bed comfort and basic amenities are generally considered adequate but not outstanding. Overall, the hotel is seen as a convenient, budget-friendly option with room for improvement in cleanliness and service.
