Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the quality of service and hospitality. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including unkempt rooms, bathrooms, and grounds. Several guests also found the beds uncomfortable. Despite some positive comments about the atmosphere, food, and location, the overall impression was negatively impacted by the need for refurbishment and better maintenance.
