Good location - hotel dated - aircon insufficient especially in communal areas - in corridors didn’t appear to be working at all. With some exceptions staff weren’t particularly friendly nor welcoming - compared with other Melia hotels I’ve stayed in it is at the bottom of the list. Saving graces were the location - food was ok - animation staff did the best they could!
