Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, proximity to key attractions, and scenic views, especially near Venna Lake and Venna Hills. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, highlighting issues with dirty rooms, bedsheets, and bathrooms. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and polite, while others faced unprofessional behavior or booking issues. Breakfast and food quality were often criticized for limited variety and poor hygiene. Bed comfort was also a concern for several guests due to old or low-quality mattresses and linens. Overall, while the location stands out as a major positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness, food, and comfort.
