Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's scenic location and breathtaking valley views, which were often highlighted as the main attraction. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, service quality, and breakfast options, noting issues such as poor hygiene, unprofessional staff, and limited or delayed breakfast. The value for price was also frequently questioned, with several guests feeling that the experience did not match the cost. While a few guests mentioned positive experiences with staff and room cleanliness, the overall sentiment was mixed due to recurring management and maintenance problems.
