Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, bathroom conditions, and room size, frequently mentioning dirty rooms, poor maintenance, and unpleasant odors. Several reviews also noted unhelpful or inconsistent service, though a few guests found the staff friendly and accommodating.
