Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests reported negative experiences with the hotel, particularly criticizing the poor service and uncooperative staff, as well as issues with cleanliness such as dirty rooms and unpleasant smells. Breakfast was commonly described as limited, repetitive, or of low quality. Several reviews also mentioned misleading photos, malfunctioning amenities like air conditioning, and problems with parking and location. However, a few guests appreciated the reasonable rates, proximity to city attractions, and occasional positive staff interactions, but these were exceptions rather than the norm.
