Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and high standards of cleanliness. Many reviews highlight the comfort of the rooms and the convenience of being close to public transport and city attractions. However, noise levels, especially from the street and other rooms, are a recurring issue for several guests, impacting their overall experience. Wonderful
Daniel, Sept 2025
NH is a pricey chain, but you get all the high-end service, amenities and upscale things you pay for. The staff is consistently attentive, helpful and responsive. The breakfast bar was an excellent start to our days that we always looked forward to.
