Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's exceptional central location, making it convenient for exploring Madrid and accessing public transport. Cleanliness and friendly staff were also highlighted as positives. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the small room sizes, outdated or tiny elevators, and issues with value for price. Some experienced problems with air conditioning, mini-fridges, and parking, but overall, the location and cleanliness stood out as the main strengths.

Pros (+) The location and price were both good.
Cons (-) Shower stall leaked and would flood bathroom floor. Also, this hotel may not be safe in a fire. The only means of escape is one central spiral stairway shaft around one elevator. No sprinklers. On-line photos make the property appear substantially nicer than reality.
