Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access tourist attractions. The digital check-in process and app-based entry were appreciated by many for their convenience, though some found it problematic if their phones were unavailable. Cleanliness received mixed reviews, with several guests reporting issues, especially with shared bathrooms and linens. Room size was often described as small, and amenities such as drink-making facilities and microwaves were lacking. Service was generally neutral, with some positive mentions of friendly staff but also complaints about remote management and limited on-site assistance.
