Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Many highlight the breakfast as good or varied, and several appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms or apartments. However, there are repeated complaints about the cleanliness, especially regarding old carpets and bathrooms, as well as the overall dated condition of the property. Some guests mention issues with amenities like WiFi and parking, and a few experienced problems with the bathroom facilities. Despite these drawbacks, the positive atmosphere created by the staff and the convenience of the location stand out as key strengths.
